Contacts
The Contacts allows you to view and manage the customers. It is often used in customer support and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- Search: The search bar allows you to find a particular contact from the contact list by entering the name or other details that match the profile.

- Contact List: The Contact List is where all the contacts are displayed. This list displays basic details such as the contact's name, phone number, email address, and created on.

- Filters

Filters help to filter the contacts based on selected criteria. You can add single or multiple conditions in a group to filter what you want.

In case you have added multiple conditions in a group, you can relate the multiple conditions to each other inside a group with logical operators And and Or. In case of multiple groups created, you can relate multiple groups to each other with logical operators And and Or.

- + Add Contact

This button lets you manually add a new customer contact to the contact list. You have to fill in the details of the new contact listed below:
1. Full Name: Enter the full name of the contact.
2. Email: Enter the valid email address of the contact.
3. Phone Number: Enter the active phone number of the contact.
4. Contact Groups: Select the contact group the contact will fall under. It is not mandatory to select a contact group for a particular contact.
5. Select Business: You can select the business for the contact you are creating to make the contact fall under the selected business.

- Actions
You can access more options for the customisation of a contact. These actions can include editing, blocking, or deleting contacts.

1. Edit: It allows you to edit the details of an existing contact. You can update contact information such as full name, phone number, email, contact group and business.
2. Block: It allows you to prevent a customer contact from interacting with the platform.

3. Delete: It permanently removes a contact from the contact list.

- View More Columns
It allows you to expand the displayed contact list to show additional information. You can select the columns to be displayed in the contact list.

Import Contacts
It allows you to import contacts. It helps reduce the effort and saves time on manually adding the contacts.

You have to specify your customer's location from the chat settings to the advanced settings to enable Contact number validation.

Select a file with a .csv or .xlsx format.

- Now, map the fields of the file with the contact list fields.

There is a field called Orufy Connect Field. You have to select which field to name.

For example, the imported file has four fields: name, phone number, email address, and age. Orufy Connect has three fields: name, phone number and email. You have to select the name field of the imported file, which field among the three fields in the connect.

Click on Next, and it will display the successful and unsuccessful contacts.

All the contacts will be shown in the contacts list.
