Create a Sprint: Navigate to the Backlog section to initiate your first sprint by clicking on Create Sprint.
Plan and Start a Sprint: Populate your backlog with tasks and assign them to team members. Once your backlog is ready, click Create Sprint to organize these issues into a sprint.
Step 3: Manage Your Sprint
Track and Update Progress: Monitor progress throughout the sprint by moving tasks across the board as they are completed. Adjust workflows as necessary to accommodate new tasks or changes in priorities.
Complete or Move Sprint: At the end of the sprint, review the completed work. If all tasks are done, mark the sprint as complete. Unfinished tasks can easily be moved to the next sprint to maintain momentum.
