Booking Contacts Management

Manage your booking contacts. This new feature allows you to easily view, add, and manage attendees for your events, making it simpler than ever to keep track of meetings and contact details.

Viewing Attendees

  • Navigate to Contacts:
    Access the Contacts tab from your booking dashboard to view a comprehensive list of attendees for your events. Each contact entry displays essential information, including name, email, and other relevant details.

Adding a New Contact

  • Add New Contact:
    To add a new attendee, click the Add New Contact button, and a pop-up box will appear.
  • Enter Contact Details:
    Fill in the required fields, such as name, email, timezone, and phone number. Once complete, click Save to add the contact to your list.

Managing Contacts

  • Upcoming Meetings:
    In the Contacts section, you’ll also be able to view a list of upcoming meetings with your contacts, helping you stay organized and prepared.

  • Booking Meetings:
    Schedule new meetings directly with your contacts by clicking on the Book a Meeting option. Choose the date, time, and agenda with ease.

Contact Options

  • View, Edit, or Delete Contacts:
    Next to each contact, use the three-dot menu to view detailed profiles, make edits, or delete contacts as needed.

  • Search Contacts:
    Quickly find specific contacts using the search bar by entering their name or email address. The system will filter your list for fast results.
