Our latest chatbot update introduces a new feature “User Ratings”. It enhances the conversation between the bot and the user, and you can improve your services by knowing customer satisfaction.

• Go to the bot icon, click the ‘+’ sign, then navigate to the 'Rating' option.

• Tailor your rating preferences to match your experience and satisfaction. Now your personalized rating option will appear after each satisfied user interaction.
