Our latest chatbot update introduces a new feature **“User Ratings”**. It enhances the conversation between the bot and the user, and you can improve your services by knowing customer satisfaction. 

- Go to the bot icon, click the **‘+’** sign, then navigate to the **'Rating'** option.

- Tailor your rating preferences to match your experience and satisfaction. Now your personalized rating option will appear after each satisfied user interaction.
