Reply to messages

The reply feature is quite handy for responding to specific messages within a conversation. Here's how you can use it:

• Whether you're using the web widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Line, navigate to the chat section where conversations are displayed.
• Scroll through the conversation until you find the message you want to respond to.
• Next to the message you want to reply to, you'll typically see an arrow icon. Click on this arrow icon to initiate the reply feature.
• Once you click the arrow icon, a reply box or thread may open up directly beneath the message.
• Compose your reply in this box/thread.
• After typing your response, click the send button to post your reply.
