You can now track which teammates are actively viewing the same customer chat. This helps avoid duplicate responses and improves internal coordination.

- Avatars or initials appear in the chat header for teammates currently viewing the chat.

- Presence updates instantly as teammates open or close the chat.
✅ Auto-Cleanup of Inactive Sessions
- Users are removed after 10–15s of inactivity. Duplicate sessions are shown only once.
✅ Configurable Setting
- Admins can enable or disable presence tracking as needed.
