Importing Projects in Orufy Projects

Transfer Your Projects with Ease

Easily migrate your existing projects from your current tool to Orufy Projects by uploading your data in CSV format.

Step 1: Start Import

1. Prepare Your Data:

   • Ensure your data is formatted in a CSV file.

2. Upload Your CSV File:

   • Click Browse files to select and upload your CSV file.
   • Note: The maximum file upload size is 1,024.00 MB.

3. Proceed:

   • After uploading your file, click Next to move to the next step.

Step 2: Select Project

1. Choose a Project:

   • Select an existing project to import the data into, or create a new project.

2. Proceed:

   • Click Next to continue to field mapping.

Step 3: Map Fields

1. Map CSV Fields:

   • Select the CSV fields you want to import and map them to the corresponding fields in Orufy Projects.
   • Adjust mappings as needed to ensure accurate data transfer.

2. Proceed:

   • Click Next to map specific field values.

Step 4: Map Values

1. Automatic Mapping:

   • Orufy Projects will automatically map field values where possible.

2. Manual Mapping:

   • If you prefer to manually map specific field values, go back to the previous screen and select the checkbox next to the relevant fields.

3. Start Import:

   • Once everything is mapped, click Start Import to complete the process.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly import your projects into Orufy Projects, ensuring a smooth transition with all your data intact.
