Managing Custom Fields in Your Orufy Project
Step 1: Access Custom Fields in Project Settings
- Navigate to Project Settings:
- Go to your project in Orufy Projects.
- Click on the three dots (
...
) in the top-right corner to open the project management options. - Select Custom Fields from the dropdown menu.
- View Default Fields:
- You will see the default fields that were set up based on the template you chose when creating your project.
Step 2: Add or Modify Custom Fields
- Add New Fields:
- To add more fields to your project, click on Add New Fields.
- Choose whether to create a new custom field or apply an existing global custom field.
- Use Global Custom Fields:
- If you want to apply a custom field from the global library, click on Global Custom Fields.
- Activate the fields you want to use in your project.
- Create a New Custom Field:
- If you need a field that doesn’t exist yet, click on Create Custom Field.
- Set up the new field by entering the field name, description, and selecting the field type.
- After configuring the field, click Create to add it to your project.
