Managing Custom Fields in Your Orufy Project

Step 1: Access Custom Fields in Project Settings

  1. Navigate to Project Settings:
    • Go to your project in Orufy Projects.
    • Click on the three dots (...) in the top-right corner to open the project management options.
    • Select Custom Fields from the dropdown menu.

  1. View Default Fields:
    • You will see the default fields that were set up based on the template you chose when creating your project.

Step 2: Add or Modify Custom Fields

  1. Add New Fields:
    • To add more fields to your project, click on Add New Fields.
    • Choose whether to create a new custom field or apply an existing global custom field.

  1. Use Global Custom Fields:
    • If you want to apply a custom field from the global library, click on Global Custom Fields.
    • Activate the fields you want to use in your project.

  1. Create a New Custom Field:
    • If you need a field that doesn’t exist yet, click on Create Custom Field.
    • Set up the new field by entering the field name, description, and selecting the field type.
    • After configuring the field, click Create to add it to your project.
