Project Active Status

Project Active Status represents tasks that are ongoing or awaiting action, such as To Do, In Progress and In Review. It helps teams monitor progress, manage responsibilities, and identify delays to maintain clarity, enhancing both workflow and task management throughout the project.

1. Active status is all the tasks that are at hand and in the process of being initiated. They contain such stages as "To Do," "In Progress," and "In Review." These assist teams to monitor or check the current work done, to allocate duties and also to discover bottlenecks. Tasks that are in an active state need to be done or discussed. Managers and team members use these statuses in managing day-to-day tasks, prioritising tasks, and planning, ensuring that the workflow is completely transparent and organised.

2. Done status indicates that a task is completed according to a work perspective but may need approvals, validation, or deployment. It is a preparatory stage between the test and the final product. This can be ready for approval or final testing. These statuses assist the teams in making sure that they do not miss important post-work steps. It gives a buffer zone to identify the last-minute problems. Statuses of done enable the ease of quality assurances, stakeholder approvals and readiness evaluations before the task is officially completed in the workflow system.

3. Closed status means that a task is completely done and no further work is needed. "Complete" is a common example. Activities under this status are stored and not part of working processes. It provides certainty on what has been completed and aids in proper reporting. The tasks that are under closed status are hidden by default. The closed statuses also assist in audits and general project tracking.
