Managing multiple appointments or meetings can be exhausting, but Bookings makes this process hassle-free and effortless by providing everything in one platform, such as setting meeting availability, sharing links with others, rescheduling or cancelling appointments or consultations. Bookings make you save your time, effort, and resources by delivering an organised and smooth experience.

How Bookings works

Bookings is a scheduling platform. As you share the booking links with attendees, they can see our availability of time slots and book a meeting or schedule an appointment that is suitable for both the host of the meeting and the attendee of the meeting.

Here is the step-by-step process of how it works:

1. Create Your Event Type- Enter your event type of booking, such as a Free workshop, consultation, or coaching session. You can select the duration of the meeting or session, enter a description, and customise the meeting as you require.

2. Set Your Availability- You can select your working days, time slots, holidays, and breaks in bookings, as those days or time slots will be disabled.

3. Share Your Booking Link- As you have scheduled our booking, a link will be shared that can be further shared through email, WhatsApp, social media, or embedded directly on your website.

4. Get Meeting Booked Automatically- As soon as the time is selected, the booking will be automatically confirmed. The event will be added to your integrated calendar, and the host and attendees will receive a confirmation email and reminders.
