Available Days

  • Specify the days of the week you are available for scheduling.

    • Custom Upcoming Number of Days: Allow users to schedule within a specific upcoming number of days from the current date.
    • Particular Date Range: Enable scheduling for a specific date range that you define.
    • Endlessly in the Future: Optionally allow scheduling indefinitely into the future, without a set end date.

Available Hours

Available hours.png Working Hours (Default): Set default working hours for each available day.

Custom Hours: Optionally define specific custom hours for certain days or date ranges

Event Limits and Settings

  • Buffer Time:

    • Add buffer time before or after booked events to allow for preparation or transition time.
  • Minimum Notice:

    • Set the minimum amount of notice required before scheduling an event. For example, specify a minimum notice of 2 hours.
  • Daily Limit:

    • Set the maximum number of events allowed per day to manage your workload effectively.
  • Daily limit per attendee

    • Set the maximum bookings allowed per attendee per day.

  • Time Zone Display: Choose how time zones are displayed on your booking page to ensure clarity for your participants.

  • Automatically Detect and Show Attendee’s Timezone:

    • Automatically detect and display the attendee’s timezone to simplify scheduling across different regions.
  • Locked Timezone:

    • Lock the timezone to a specific setting to maintain consistency and avoid confusion during scheduling.

Gap Between Slots
