Roles and Permissions

Accessing Roles & Permissions

  1. Navigate to the Booking Dashboard:

    • Log in to your account and go to the booking dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings:

    • Find the 'Settings' option in the main menu and click on it.

  • In the settings menu, select 'Roles & Permissions'.

Managing User Roles and Permissions

In the 'Roles & Permissions' section, you can efficiently manage user roles and their corresponding permissions.

Admin Role

  • Admin Permissions:
    • The Admin has full permissions and can add new roles, as well as set and adjust permissions according to each role.

  1. User:

    • Role Name: Specify the name of the role.
  2. Event Types:

    • Assigned to Host Only: Restrict permissions to events assigned to the host.
    • All Events: Allow access to all events.
    • Edit Event: Enable or disable the ability to edit events.
    • Delete Event: Enable or disable the ability to delete events.
  3. Bookings:

    • Assigned to Host Only: Restrict permissions to bookings assigned to the host.
    • All Bookings: Allow access to all bookings.
    • Reschedule Bookings: Enable or disable the ability to reschedule bookings.
    • Cancel Bookings: Enable or disable the ability to cancel bookings.
  4. Permissions:

    • Members: Manage permissions related to members.
    • Branding: Manage permissions related to branding.
    • Holidays: Manage permissions related to holidays.
    • Webhooks: Manage permissions related to webhooks.
    • API Keys: Manage permissions related to API keys.
    • Roles & Permissions: Manage permissions related to roles and permissions.
    • Billing: Manage permissions related to billing.
    • Create Event: Enable or disable the ability to create events.
    • App & Integration: Manage permissions related to app integrations.
    • Payments: Manage permissions related to payments.

Admin Controls

  • Enabling and Disabling Permissions:

    • As an Admin, you can enable or disable any permission by toggling the switch next to each permission.
  • Saving Changes:

    • After adjusting the permissions, click on the 'Save Changes' button to apply the updates.
