Zoom Integration Process

  • Zoom meetings are automatically created when user confirm the meeting for selected date and time.
  • These meetings are synchronized with your Orufy account to ensure seamless scheduling and management.

Instant Sharing:

  • Upon booking confirmation, unique Zoom meeting details are generated.
  • These details are instantly shared with the attendee, providing them with all the necessary information to join the meeting.

Requirements:

  • A Zoom account is required for integration.
  • To host meetings through Zoom, you must connect and sync your Zoom account with Orufy.

Connecting Zoom

  • Click on Apps and Integration tab

  • Click on the Integrate Now button for Zoom.

  • Click on Connect Zoom

Zoom Disconnect Process

  • Once Zoom is successfully connected, a "Disconnect" button will appear in the Integration section of your Orufy account.
  • Click the "Disconnect" button to disconnect your Zoom integration immediately.
  • Upon disconnection, Zoom meetings will no longer be automatically created or synced with your Orufy account.
