Zoom Integration Process
- Zoom meetings are automatically created when user confirm the meeting for selected date and time.
- These meetings are synchronized with your Orufy account to ensure seamless scheduling and management.
Instant Sharing:
- Upon booking confirmation, unique Zoom meeting details are generated.
- These details are instantly shared with the attendee, providing them with all the necessary information to join the meeting.
Requirements:
- A Zoom account is required for integration.
- To host meetings through Zoom, you must connect and sync your Zoom account with Orufy.
Connecting Zoom

Click on Apps and Integration tab

Click on the Integrate Now button for Zoom.
- Click on Connect Zoom
Zoom Disconnect Process
- Once Zoom is successfully connected, a "Disconnect" button will appear in the Integration section of your Orufy account.
- Click the "Disconnect" button to disconnect your Zoom integration immediately.
- Upon disconnection, Zoom meetings will no longer be automatically created or synced with your Orufy account.
