To effectively set up your event info.

• Event Name: Enter a descriptive name for your event that will be visible to participants.

• Duration: Specify the exact duration of the event, including any buffer time if needed.

• Mode of Meeting: Select your preferred platform for the meeting, such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc. If you haven't integrated your video conferencing tool yet, you can do so in the App & Integration settings.

• Description: Provide a detailed description of the event, including agenda items, topics to be discussed, or any special instructions for participants.
