Notifications are the reminders sent to attendees based on their selected invitation type, Calendar or Email Invitation. These include reminders before the meeting, follow-ups, and cancellations. Each of the notifications can be customised with a subject and body.

Invitation Type: Select the invitation type, either Calendar or Email Invitation.

1. Calendar Invitation

- Calendar Invitation: By clicking on the more options, customise the invitation by adding a subject and body.

- Email Reminder: An attendee will receive a reminder email before a scheduled meeting at specified times.

  • Reply-to-address: Calendar mail reminder can be customised through No-Reply Address and Host’s Email Address.
  • Customise the subject and body for the mail reminder.
  • Reminder Timing: You can also customise the reminder timing for the scheduled event.

- Email follow-up: An attendee will receive a follow-up email after a scheduled meeting is completed.

  • Reply-to-address: Calendar mail reminder can be customised through No-Reply Address and Host’s Email Address.
  • Customise the subject and body for the mail reminder.
  • Follow-Up Timing: You can send a follow up email after the meeting is over. You can customise the follow-up timing for the scheduled event.

2. Email Invitation

- Email Invitation: Customise the Email Invitation by clicking on the more options.

  • Reply-to-address: Manage sending email invitations through No-Reply Address and Host’s Email Address.
  • In No-Reply Address, the host restricts sending the email invitation without a host email address.
  • Host's Email Address, the host sends the email invitation with their reply to email address.

  • Subject: Add subject of the Email Invitation through event variables.
  • Body: Add the body of the Email Invitation through event variables.

- Email Cancellation: Customise the Email Cancellation by clicking on the more options. Manage reply through No-Reply Address and Host’s Email Address. Add the subject and body to the email cancellation email.
