Integrate Google Meet in Your Account
Initiate Integration:
- Navigate to the integration section of your Orufy account.
- Click on the "Integrate Now" button for Google Meet.
- A dialog box will appear to guide you through the integration process.
Features:

- Google Meet sessions are automatically created for each Orufy Booking.
- These sessions are synchronized with your Orufy account to ensure seamless scheduling.

Instant Sharing:
- Upon booking confirmation, unique Google Meet conference details are generated.
- These details are instantly shared with the booking party, providing them with the necessary information to join the meeting.
Requirements:
- A Google account is mandatory for integration.
- To host meetings through Google Meet, you must add and sync your Google Calendar with Orufy.
Connecting Google Meet:
- Click on the "Connect Meet" button to start the integration.
- You will be redirected to the Google Calendar sync page.
Calendar Sync
Sync Your Calendar with Orufy Bookings
Link Your Google Calendar:
- To keep your availability and events up-to-date, you need to sync your calendar with Orufy Bookings.
- In the Calendar Sync section, click on "Connect".
Google Sign-In:
- You will be redirected to the Google sign-in page.
- Sign in to your Google account using your credentials.

Grant Permissions:
- After signing in, you will be prompted to grant the necessary permissions for Orufy to access your Google Calendar.
- Review the permissions and click on "Allow".

Calendar Integration:
- Once permissions are granted, your Google Calendar will be linked with Orufy Bookings.
- This integration ensures that all your meetings, availability, and events are automatically updated in both Orufy and Google Calendar.
Microsoft Teams
Integrate Microsoft Teams in Your Account
Initiate Integration:
- Navigate to the integration section of your Orufy account.
- Click on the "Integrate Now" button for Microsoft Teams.
- A dialog box will appear to guide you through the integration process.

- Microsoft Teams meetings are automatically generated for each Orufy Booking.
- These meetings are linked directly to your Orufy account for seamless scheduling.

- A Microsoft Teams business account.
- To host meetings through Microsoft Teams, you must add and sync your Office 365 account with Orufy.

- Click on the "Connect Calendar" button to start the integration process.
- You will be redirected to the Outlook Calendar sync page.

Sync Your Calendar with Orufy Bookings Link Your Outlook Calendar:
- To keep your availability and events up-to-date, you need to sync your calendar with Orufy Bookings.
- In the Calendar Sync section, click on "Connect".
Microsoft Sign-In:
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account using your credentials.
Grant Permissions:
- After signing in, you will be prompted to grant the necessary permissions for Orufy to access your Outlook Calendar.
- Review the permissions and click on "Accept".
Calendar Integration:
- Once permissions are granted, your Outlook Calendar will be linked with Orufy Bookings.
- This integration ensures that all your meetings, availability, and events are automatically updated in both Orufy and Outlook Calendar.
Managing Your Calendar

Delete a Calendar:
- If you wish to remove a calendar, you can easily delete it from the integration settings.

Add More Calendars:
- To add additional calendars, click on "Add Calendar".
- Follow the prompts to link new calendars to your Orufy account.

Edit Calendar Settings:
- Click on "Edit" to modify calendar settings.
- You can choose which calendar account to use and select "Do not add new events to a calendar" if you prefer not to add new events automatically.
- Click "Save" to apply changes.

Check for Conflicts:
- Set the calendar(s) to check for conflicts to prevent double bookings.
- Ensure that your availability is accurately reflected across all integrated calendars.
