Settings

Manage, Control and Customise your account settings and preferences in one place. Handle Members, Branding, Holidays, Webhooks, API keys, and Roles & Permissions.


1. Account Management

  • Members: Invite, edit or remove users. You are able to allocate roles (Admin or User), and handle holidays on each member.

  • Edit Member Details: Administrators are able to change roles and assign holidays as well as default member working hours.

  • Member removal: The admins or the users may remove the members, though not the Owner role.


2. Teams

  • Develop and maintain Teams: Group users into groups to coordinate events to better handle them.

  • Team Setup: You can set the name of the team, description, a logo, the timezone, and a team leader.

  • Team Branding: Show the team branding the way you like it (name/logo, page layout, color settings).

  • Booking Page Layout: Select a variety of views (Monthly, Weekly, Form View) with which to design the scheduling page of the team.


3. Roles & Permissions

  • User Roles: Admins have the ability to control user permissions (such as event creation, bookings, cancellations, and so on).

  • Add User Roles: In addition to default roles Admin and User one can add new roles (such as Manager) with special permissions.

  • Permissions: Regulate the user actions connected with events, bookings, and other features (edit, cancel, reschedule, etc.).


4. Billing

  • Plan and Payment: Manage existing plans, invoices and upgrade plans when necessary.

  • Branding: Control company branding displayed on the booking page (company name, logo, background colors, and so forth).


5. Branding

  • Branding: Change the company name, logo, title and description to align with your brand on the booking page.

  • Brand display: Select the size and location of your company name and company logo on the page. The layout and color themes can also be changed.


6. Holidays

  • Holiday Management: Add the unavailable days or holidays to the platform to inform others.

  • Formulate Holiday Categories: Classify holidays into categories (e.g. National Holidays).

  • Add Individual Holidays: Name and Date of each individual holiday.


7. Webhooks

  • Add & Maintain Webhooks: Use webhooks to get real-time notification of events (bookings, cancellations, reschedule).

  • Set Event Triggers: This allows one to specify what events activate the webhook notifications.

  • Check Webhook Status: Webhooks can be edited, disabled or deleted and alert email configured in case of problems.


8. API Keys

  • API Integration: Get API keys and use them to connect the platform with other applications or products.

  • Key Management: Once API keys are generated, the user is able to copy the secret key (only displayed once), and to view or delete existing keys.
