Integrating Facebook Messenger with Connect

Access Connect Settings:

• Log in to your Connect dashboard and navigate to the settings.

Navigate to Channels:

• In the settings menu, find and click on the "Channels" option.
• Choose Facebook Messenger from the list of available channels.

Preparation Steps:

• Before starting the setup, make sure you are logged in to your Facebook account.
• Ensure you have admin access to your Facebook business page.
• Log in to your Facebook account if prompted.

Select Business Pages:

• Select the Facebook business pages you want to connect to Connect.

Integration with Connect:

• Once the setup is complete, your Facebook Messenger will be integrated with Connect.
• You can now toggle the status of the bot, choose your team, and select the target bot.
• Make sure to select the bot you've created to interact with Messenger users.

Interaction with the Bot:

• With the integration complete, you can now interact with your bot on Facebook Messenger.
