Customise your bot interface to provide the best user experience and match your brand.
Header
Change Header Background and Text Color:
- Navigate to the header settings in your bot interface customization options.
- Modify the background colour and text colour according to your brand's colour scheme.
Toggle Profile Picture Display:
- Choose whether to display the profile picture in the header or not.
Show FAQ Button:
- Enable the toggle button to display the FAQ button on the right upper corner of the header.
Advanced Settings:
- Access advanced settings to select your company profile created in the bot.
Chat Window
Edit Chat Window Colors:
- Customize the background colour, bot chat box colour, and user chat box colour to match your branding.
Input Field
Edit Input Field Colors and Text:
- Modify the colours of the input field and input field text to align with your brand.
- Toggle buttons are available for emojis, attachments, and the enter button. Customize their colours as needed.
Chat Icon
Change Chat Widget Icon:
- Choose from the provided icons or upload your own icon that matches your brand's needs.
- Adjust colours to make the icon more appealing and eye-catching.
- Set the position of the icon on the web page, either right or left.
Save Changes:
- After configuring all settings look for a "Save" button and click on it to save your settings
