The button card can provide various options to guide the bot's workflow according to the user's preference. Furthermore, the card lets users input their own custom information. i.e. the customer can choose a selection or input their own information.
- To include a button card in your current flow, click the icon of the cardholder (+) to access the gallery of cards and select to add the Button Card.
- You can give your card the address, and message and then define the options for your customers under the text section of the Button.
- You can choose to add any of the options Each choice will create a new flow path in addition to the default path on the builder's codeless page.
- Additionally, you can include an image of a card or field name to help map input data.
- Additionally, the response of visitors could be saved in the bot's context/customer field to trigger other actions.
- When you've configured your button card then click to save the button card.
If the users enter their own input instead of selecting an option, they are directed to the default route. The default path was added in the last few days, but the card does not contain it. To add it, you must modify the card you have before saving it.

Facebook Messenger:

Instagram:

- The maximum number of thirteen buttons ( 20 characters each) will be available in a vertical scrolling style.
- If more than 13 suggestions are offered If more than 13 suggestions are made, only the first 13 are displayed. Characters greater than 20 will be cut off and only display the first 20 characters.
WhatsApp:
- It is accepted by WhatsApp.
- The maximum number 10 buttons (maximum 10, buttons ( 20 characters per) will be available in an order format.
- If the number of suggestions is less than 3 or greater than 3 the suggestions will be displayed as buttons.
- If over 10 options are made only the top 10 will be presented.
- The characters with more than 20 characters will be cut off so that only 20 characters are displayed.
Telegram:
- The card can be used on Telegram.
- The maximum number of buttons (40 characters per) are available with a scrolling horizontal format.
- If more than 20 suggestions are submitted more than 20 suggestions are made, only the first 20 will be presented.
- The characters that exceed 40 will be trimmed while only 40 characters are shown.
