Quick replies in Connect
Access Connect Settings
- Log in to your Connect dashboard and navigate to the settings.
Navigate to Chat Settings
- In the settings menu, click "Chat Settings."
- Under Chat Settings, select the "Quick Replies" option.
Create Quick Reply
- Click on the "Create Quick Reply" button.
- A dialogue box will pop up where you can provide a shortcut name for your quick reply.
- Type the full message you want to save as a quick reply in the designated field.
Save Quick Reply
- After filling in the details, click on the "Save" button.
- Your quick reply is now ready to use.
- You can also create more quick replies and also edit or delete the one you created.
Use Quick Reply during Chat
- During a chat session with a user, click on the quick reply icon (usually represented by a speech bubble or similar icon).
- This will display a list of your saved quick replies.
- Click on the desired quick reply to send the corresponding message to the user.
