Rating Cards

The Rating card is a valuable tool for bots to gather ratings and immediate feedback from visitors. Here's how you can add and utilize Rating cards effectively:

Accessing Card Options:

  • Click the cardholder icon (+) to access the card gallery, then select the Rating card.

Card Configuration:

  • Provide a name and text for the Rating card, setting the stage for visitors to provide feedback.
  • Add images to the card to enhance engagement and collect feedback for your products or services.
  • Consider this rating as the bot conversation's CSAT rating

  1. Choosing Rating Type:
    • Select your desired rating type from the options provided:
      • 5-star rating
      • Smile rating (Neutral/Good/Great)
    • Choose the type that best suits your feedback collection needs(bot context/Customer field).

Saving Configuration:

  • After selecting the rating type and configuring the card, click Save to finalize the setup.

Channel Compatibility and Considerations

  • Ensure compatibility with various channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram, each having its unique format for presenting rating options.
  • Tailor your bot's behaviour accordingly based on the channel's capabilities and limitations.

Example Use Case for Rating Card:

  • Get feedback for the bot from visitors using a smile rating (3), allowing them to express their sentiments quickly and straightforwardly.

By incorporating Rating cards into your bot flow, you can effectively gather valuable feedback from visitors, enabling continuous improvement and enhancing user satisfaction across various channels.
