Tags in Connect
Access Connect Settings
- Log in to your Connect dashboard and navigate to the settings.
Navigate to Chat Settings
- Within the settings menu, find and click on "Chat Settings."
- Under Chat Settings, select the "Tags" option.
Add Tags
- Click on "Add Tag."
- Give the tag a name in the provided field press enter.
- Click "Save" to create the tag.
Manage Tags
- After saving, your tag will be added to the list of tags.
- You can edit the color of existing tags, or delete them as needed.
Use Tags in Chat Section
- In the chat section, click on "Filter."
- You'll see the tags you've created listed there.
- Select a tag to filter conversations and identify records quickly and accurately based on the tags applied.
