Tags in Connect

Access Connect Settings

• Log in to your Connect dashboard and navigate to the settings.

Navigate to Chat Settings

• Within the settings menu, find and click on "Chat Settings."
• Under Chat Settings, select the "Tags" option.

Add Tags

• Click on "Add Tag."

• Give the tag a name in the provided field press enter.

• Click "Save" to create the tag.

Manage Tags

• After saving, your tag will be added to the list of tags.

• You can edit the color of existing tags, or delete them as needed.

Use Tags in Chat Section

• In the chat section, click on "Filter."
• You'll see the tags you've created listed there.

• Select a tag to filter conversations and identify records quickly and accurately based on the tags applied.
