Concluding Conversations with End Chat

The End Chat card serves to gracefully conclude conversations with visitors. Here's how to effectively utilize this card:

Accessing Card Options:

• Click the cardholder (+) icon to access the card gallery and select the End Chat card under the Action card section.

Card Configuration:

• Provide a message to be sent before ending the conversation, ensuring a courteous farewell to the visitor.

Delay End Message:

• Optionally, enable the delay message feature and specify a time.
• The message provided in the message box will be sent to the visitor after the specified time, allowing for a delayed farewell if desired.

Saving Configuration:

• After configuring the End Chat card, click Save to finalize the setup.

Example Use Case:

• Ending the chat with the visitor by sending a polite greeting or farewell message.
