Blocked IPs in Connect

Access Connect Settings

  • Log in to your Connect dashboard and navigate to the settings.

Navigate to Chat Settings

  • Within the settings menu, find and click "Chat Settings."
  • Under Chat Settings, select the "IP Blocking" option.

Add IP to Block

  • Click on "Add to List" to initiate the IP blocking process.

  • A dialog box will appear where you can input the IP address and provide a description if needed.

  • Once you've entered the IP address and description, click "Save" to add it to the blocked list.

Manage Blocked IPs

  • After adding the IP address to the blocked list, you'll see it listed in the IP Blocking section.

  • You can toggle the blocking status of each IP address using the provided toggle button.

  • Additionally, you can delete blocked IPs by clicking on the delete icon next to the IP address entry.
