Blocked IPs in Connect
Access Connect Settings
- Log in to your Connect dashboard and navigate to the settings.
Navigate to Chat Settings
- Within the settings menu, find and click "Chat Settings."
- Under Chat Settings, select the "IP Blocking" option.
Add IP to Block
- Click on "Add to List" to initiate the IP blocking process.
- A dialog box will appear where you can input the IP address and provide a description if needed.
- Once you've entered the IP address and description, click "Save" to add it to the blocked list.
Manage Blocked IPs
- After adding the IP address to the blocked list, you'll see it listed in the IP Blocking section.
- You can toggle the blocking status of each IP address using the provided toggle button.
- Additionally, you can delete blocked IPs by clicking on the delete icon next to the IP address entry.
