Send Message

The card can be used for sending messages or files that are informative to the user.

• To include the "Send Message" card into the stream, click the icon of the cardholder (+) and select Send Message from the section called Response Cards.
• Then, enter the name for this send Message card. Include message text in the input field for messages.
• In Advance Settings, you can also upload images or attachments to enhance your reply (the user can download attachments buy only documents).
• Then, click save and on the test bot you can see your bot preview.

Compatibility with channels and their limitations

The card is available on the following platforms: Web, Facebook, Instagram WhatsApp, and Telegram. The images and text transmitted by the bot would look similar to those on the website.
