Carousel cards offer a captivating and visually appealing method to present multiple pieces of content or products in an interactive format, enriching the user experience. Whether you're in eCommerce, real estate, hospitality, or education, carousel cards provide a versatile platform to promote your offerings effectively.

Access Card Options

• Click the cardholder icon (+) and select "Carousel" under the Response Cards section.

Card Configuration

• Provide a name for the card and craft a message to be displayed alongside the carousel.

Card Setup

• Add card contents such as images, titles, and descriptions.
• Add buttons or URLs as calls-to-action (CTA) on the card. Specify hyperlink text and redirection URL, and the URL will open in a new tab.

Adding and Delete Cards:

• To add additional cards to the carousel, click "Add Card" or also you can delete cards.

Save Changes:

• Once configurations are complete, click "Save" to add the carousel card to the flow and click on test bot to preview your bot.

Channel Compatibility and Limitations

• Currently, the Display Carousel card is supported in Mobile SDK, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
