FAQs and categories in Connect
Access FAQs
- Navigate to the Connect dashboard and click on the "FAQ" option in the side panel.
Create Category
- Click on "Create Category" to start creating a new category.
- A dialog box will appear where you can add the necessary details:
- Title: Provide a title for the category.
- Description: Enter a description for the category.
- Tags: Add tags to categorize the articles.
- Hide from All Platforms: Choose whether to hide the category from all platforms.
- Business Selection: Select your business for the category.
- Company Icon: Optionally, upload your company icon.
- Click "Save" to create the category.
Add FAQs to Category
- After creating the category, click on "FAQ" to add FAQs to the category.
- Another dialog box will appear where you can fill in the necessary details for each FAQ:
- Title: Provide a title for the FAQ.
- Description: Enter a description for the FAQ.
- Tags: Add tags to categorize the FAQ.
- Hide from All Platforms: Choose whether to hide the FAQ from all platforms.
- Click "Save" to add the FAQ.
Use FAQs in Bot Flow
- Go to the bot flow section and select the ChatGPT card.
- Add the ChatGPT card to your bot flow and configure it to use the FAQs for responding to queries.
