Forward Card
The Forward to Operator card facilitates seamless handover of bot conversations to human operators, ensuring a smooth transition and effective customer support. Here's how to utilize the Forward to Operator card:
Accessing Card Options:
- Click the cardholder (+) icon to access the cards gallery and select the Forward to Operator card under the action cards section.
Card Configuration:
- Provide a name, message, and optionally an image for the card, setting the tone for the handover process.
Department Association:
- Choose how to associate the department with the forwarded chat:
- Assign a department: Directly assign a department to the forwarded chat.
Saving Configuration:
- After configuring the Forward to Operator card, click Save to finalize the setup.
