Logic with Condition Matching

Condition matching allows you to dynamically determine the next steps in your bot's conversation flow based on specific rules or criteria. Here's how to effectively leverage this feature:

Accessing Condition Matching:

• Click the cardholder (+) icon to access the cards gallery and select the Condition Matching card under the action cards section.

Card Configuration:

• Provide a descriptive name for the card to identify its purpose within the conversation flow. Defining Conditions:
• Click on the rule to create a condition.
• Set up the logic by choosing context variables, and widget channels from the available options.

Using "AND" Conditions

Suppose we want to express the condition Proposition A, and B using "AND" logic. In that case, it means both Proposition A and Proposition B must be true simultaneously for the entire statement to be true.

Using “OR” Conditions

Suppose we want to express the condition Proposition A, and B using "OR" logic. In that case, it means both Proposition A and Proposition B are to be true or one of the propositions must be true simultaneously for the entire statement to be true.

Saving Configuration:

• After configuring the conditions, save your changes to integrate the Condition Matching functionality into your bot flow.

Flow Management:

• Condition matching dynamically routes conversations based on predefined rules, ensuring personalized and relevant interactions with users.
• By setting up conditions effectively, you can make your bot's responses more tailored and helpful for users, thereby improving overall engagement and satisfaction.
