Orufy Bookings offers smooth integration with apps like Orufy Connect, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Zapier, Mailchimp, Gmail, and Outlook. Follow the easy setup process to link your accounts, enter required credentials, and optimize your booking and communication workflows.


Orufy Connect

1. Click on Integrate Now.

3. Now, click on Startup Setup.

4. Choose the integration; you have two ways:

  • Connect with the Orufy Connect Account

- You should have an account in the Orufy Connect for this integration method.

- You can select from the drop-down which account you want to connect.

- Choose the WhatsApp project created within your account in Orufy Connect.

  • Connect with API Key (Below Key and Secret, you have to generate it from the Orufy Connect)

- Enter API Key

- Enter API Secret

5. Click on Connect.


Meta Pixel

1. Click on Integrate Now.

3. Now, click on Connect Meta Pixel.

4. Enter the Meta Pixel ID.

Google Analytics

1. Click on Integrate Now.

Zapier

1. Click on Integrate Now.

Mailchimp

1. Click on Integrate Now.

4. Enter mainchimp key.

5. Enter a verified Mailchimp domain.

After connecting Mailchimp, the emails sent to the attendees will be through the insured verified Mailchimp domain.


Gmail

1. Click on Integrate Now.

4. Sign in with your Google Account.

5. You have to permit your Google Account to be connected with the Orufy Bookings.

6. You can Manage your Account and Add an Account.

Click on More Options, and there will be two options:

- Assign: You can assign this account to everyone, selected members, or you can toggle enable or disable for the other option managed by another Admin.

- Disconnect: You can disconnect your connected Google account from the bookings.

Here, you add more Google accounts to your bookings account.


Outlook

1. Click on Integrate Now.

4. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Sign In or Log In page.
