On this page, the various types of events that are on offer are discussed and their functioning explained. Select the type of event that is most appropriate to your schedule and meeting requirements.

1. One-On-One

A One-On-One event gives a host the option of meeting a single attendee. The type of event is best suited to individual interaction like coaching, mentoring, interviewing, or consulting.

How It Works

  • One host
  • One attendee per meeting
  • One-on-one and personalized communication.

2. Group

A Group event is a meeting between one host and several guests simultaneously. Such an event can be organized during a workshop, training, class, webinar, or lecture when the participants interact with each other.

How It Works

  • One host
  • Several participants in a single meeting.
  • Attendee limit can be set
  • Best suited for group study.

3. Collective

A Collective event is where more than one host can meet a single attendee. This is most appropriate where there is a panel discussion, expert consultations, or joint sessions with over one host.

How It Works

  • Multiple hosts
  • One attendee
  • Collective accountability amongst hosts.
  • Perfect in the expert-facilitated talks.

4. Round-Robin

A Round-Robin event enables the attendant to have 1 host at any given time, and the hosts rotate automatically. This is the type of event that should be used when making sales calls, support calls, and in match-making cases.

How It Works

  • Multiple hosts
  • One attendee per meeting
  • Host rotations are done on a rotation basis.
  • Equal spread of meetings amongst hosts.
