Event Limits allows hosts to control and manage how events are scheduled. Listed below are some of the Event Limits settings to reduce effort and overbooking.
1. Buffer Time: This allows hosts to automatically add a time break before or after the meeting is scheduled. For eg., if the host with a 5 minute buffer before and 15 minute buffer after this means, no new event can start within 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and after the scheduled meeting ends a 15 minute buffer time is enforced before the next scheduled meeting.
2. Minimum Notice: The amount of time required between when an attendee tries to book a meeting and the actual meeting time. For eg., if you have set the minimum notice to 5 minutes, then the attendee cannot book the meeting that starts within the next 5 minutes.
3. Maximum Booking Limit: Set the maximum number of events that can be scheduled within different timeframes, such as per day, week, month and year. You can also add more limits to an event.
4. Maximum Limit Per Attendee: Set the maximum number of bookings allowed per attendee with different timeframes like per day, week, month or year. You can also add more limits for an attendee.
