Billing section gives you a complete view of your subscription, payments, and account-specific information. This ensures transparency, timely notifications, and management of all your billing plans and details—in one place.

1. Package Info

• The Package Info page provides an overview of your current subscription plan.

• It displays the plan name, status, and remaining trial or subscription days.

• Users on a trial plan can view how many days are left and easily upgrade to a paid plan.

• The Upgrade Now option allows quick access to plan comparison and renewal options.

2. Storage

• The Storage page provides information about your allocated and used storage capacity.

• It displays total storage available under your plan and the amount currently used.

• A progress bar visually represents your usage.

3. Marketing Credits

• The Marketing Credits page manages credits used for marketing campaigns, e.g., WhatsApp or email.

• It shows your current wallet balance and provides a Get Credits option to purchase more.

• It allows setting a threshold value to receive notifications when credits are low.

• It displays a transaction history once credits are used or added. It includes date, message, reason, and amount.

4. Billing Details

• The Billing Details page is where you configure your company or personal billing information and alert preferences.

• It requires key details such as company name, contact number, address, tax number, and postal code.

• Set up Subscription & Billing Alerts through WhatsApp or email to receive updates on subscription renewals, invoices, and payment notifications.

• Multiple contact methods can be added to ensure you never miss important updates.
