1. + Create Team
You can create teams to manage tasks and view users' tasks, ensuring smooth management.

Team Name: Enter the name of the team.

Add Teammates: Select the users to be added as teammates in the team.

Assignment method: It allows you to assign customer queries in four ways:
1. Manual: Conversations are not assigned automatically. It gives complete control over who will handle a conversation.
2. Round Robin: Conversations are assigned in sequential order. It ensures equal distribution of conversations among all team members.
3. Balanced: Conversations are assigned with balance. It means the conversations are assigned on the basis of workload, ensuring no single agent is overloaded with work.
4. Team Lead: Conversations are assigned to the team lead. This allows the team lead to assign conversations to the right team member.

Team Lead: Select the user who will lead the entire team.

Business Hours: Select the time when you can solve customer queries and resolve their tickets. (You have to add the business hours in the business hours section, then the list will be displayed here.)
2. More Options
You can edit and delete the specific team from here.

- Edit: It allows you to edit the name of the team, assignment method, team lead, and business hours.

- Delete: It allows you to delete a particular team.

3. Search
You can search by name or email address under a team for a specific team member.

4. Add Teammates
It allows you to add team members to a particular team.

5. Team Members List
You can view all the members of the team and their information, such as their name or email, their role, and their status.

- It allows you to remove a team member from the team.

- You can toggle enable or disable to control whether the member is included in auto chat assignment.
